I had pretty bad experience here. A week ago I went for first dental visit as a Adesla service, the ask to take a ray x for both daughters, the nurse took them one by one, while I wait with the doctor, when was the turn to my little one the nurse asked to take off the pierces when they finish she didn’t gave back, I called a couple of days later , laboral days to go there to pick it out. Before I got the place they called and just say they gave back to my girl. I’m pretty disappointed because if we already have it I will no lost my time to go thit out. When the nurse came back with my daughter she didn’t notice me anything about the pierces. Hope you can take a note about this happening, and places like a dental clinic behind insurance company like Adesla can not happen things like this. The clinic at the time we visit was just a few patients, was more staff than patients. It is inaceptable service. I learnt not accept to leave my daughters alone with the nurses even they required it. Here in Spain you can not even trust in the dental private clinic. Things like this will not happen in other Europe cities or Japan.
